Often people walk out of a great training sessions and workshop and say, "WOW! That was awesome! I should use some of that stuff!" But the busy-ness of life, old habits, or a lack of clear direction prevent most from implementing the ideas and processes that they learn.

To help remedy this, the VITAL Strategy engages each parish on two levels of consultation: Face-to-Face and On-Line.

Face-to-Face

At the beginning of each year, Cultivation Ministries' consultants will meet with 4-5 parishes, a cohort, that are networked because of like-needs. Here parishes will build relationships, share their needs and their dreams, and establish a set of concrete goals for the next months.
