General Policies/Registration Confirmation:
Registrations are due no later than August 3rd, 2008. After receiving your registration, we'll send you a confirmation email within two days. Please provide a valid email address. Shortly thereafter you will receive a confirmation letter. It will include a "Participant List" which must be completed and presented at the registration desk on the day of the event. Also included is an "Adult Chaperone" form which needs to signed by your pastor and submitted at the registration desk.

All individuals must a complete a liability release form which. These will be turned in at check-in on the day of the event. Please make a copy for your records.

Cancellation Policy:
Each registration includes a non-refundable deposit of $25.00. Parishes are liable for the full registration fee for cancellations made after August 3rd. Registrations cancelled before August 3rd will receive a $54.00 refund.

Substitutions:
Parishes may substitute youth of the same sex.

Adult Chaperones:
Groups must register at least one adult chaperone for every 8 teen participants. Registrations that do not have an adult of the same gender of the youth participating will not be registered. All adults MUST have previously completed their (Arch)Diocesan Child Protection program and background check. Complete and submit the "Adult Chaperone" form at check-in.
